As a registered charity the Bernard Leach (St Ives) Trust Ltd relies on arts funding and the generous support of the public in order to continue providing the Leach Pottery’s unique mix of education, history and enterprise.

Every penny raised supports the Leach Pottery aims of providing training in the craft of pottery, appreciation of ceramic arts, education on the work of Bernard Leach as well as preserving Leach’s former home and workplace for future generations.

Your contributions have helped us to:
• Preserve Bernard Leach’s workshop, including its climbing kiln, fireplace and wheels.
• Create two new museum exhibition spaces to display works from the Leach collection.
• Build a modern studio to house our international team of production potters.
• Develop the Clore Learning Studio, which hosts our learning and participation. programme, including work with schools and families, adult education, professional workshops and artist residencies.
