Leach Potters: Tour & Potter’s Wheel Workshop

Participants discover the story of how the Leach Pottery revitalised the tradition of handmade pottery and the local impact as they explore the Leach Pottery museum during a tour.
Make
Participants will experience throwing on a potter’s wheel and, taking inspiration from the ceramics made by the Leach Pottery, will make their own hand-built tea bowls.

Pinch pots will be fired and posted back to the group within eight weeks of their visit but this is not feasible for beginners’ thrown pots.

£190 for smaller groups up to 10 students (£135 for schools in Cornwall)
