Roelof Uys: Shop

Roelof took up his role as Lead Potter at the Leach Pottery in 2013. He oversees the design and production of the Leach Standard Ware and supervises the training of apprentices and volunteers in the workshop, as well as making his own highly individual work.

Roelof visited Japan for a three month residency in the autumn of 2022, working alongside potters at the prestigious Mashiko Pottery - the home of Leach Pottery co-founder Shoji Hamada.
